She specializes in building brands and maintaining the health of brands via effective communications; managing and mentoring inter-disciplinary teams, helping them identify and achieve business goals.
She is a part-time lecturer and in-house nutty professor at the Marketing & Law department of the John Gokongwei School of Management, Ateneo de Manila University.

Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the Country CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Network Philippines. Prior to his current role, he is the Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, and before that, as Chief Innovation Officer of McCann Worldgroup Philippines and Managing Director of the digital arm of McCann, MRM Manila, 2011 4As Agency of the Year for Digital Excellence and Campaign Southeast Asia Philippine Digital Agency of the Year. Before McCann, he was the former President and CEO of Yehey! Corporation and also President and CEO of Media Contacts Manila.

Nik is based in Manila after joining Cebu Pacific to lead the set up and management of a loyalty program for the airline. The result being GetGo, the first lifestyle coalition rewards program in the Philippines. The program is a new generation innovation with features and benefits which is continually growing strongly with new members and partners.
Previously Nik was in Singapore, responsible for Aimia’s services in Asia – Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Hong Kong. Nik has been an active consultant, practitioner and a regular speaker on CRM and loyalty programs for seventeen years.
