Mr. Jay Bautista

Managing Director, Kantar Media Philippines

Jay is currently the Managing Director of Kantar Media Philippines. He celebrates his 25th year in the field of media research this year.

Jay is currently a member of the Digital Measurement Board (DMB) of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) to which he served as Director in 2013. He also served as a member of the Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines (MORES) where he was past President (2010).

Jay earned his degree in AB Communication Arts from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Weslee Trout

Consultant for Digital, Innovation, Experience, Delivery, Digital Strategy – OxytocinGroup™

Weslee has a decade of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation. He previously led innovation enablement and digital delivery for Manulife Philippines. In these roles, he spearheaded the conceptualization, development, and delivery of the company’s first digital product tailored for parents on the go, as well as other transformational projects, leading a team of software engineers, UX designers, and QA testers.

Weslee has also worked with dozens of startups, digital agencies, and medium-sized businesses to develop digital strategies focused on creating better user experiences that generate business value. He has worked with businesses and companies from industries such as Logistics, Petroleum, Hospitality, Digital Media, Education, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Entertainment, Industrial Services, Real Estate, and eCommerce. Weslee is currently focusing on digital strategy initiatives for the portfolio of OxytocinGroupTM.

Mr. Dustin Cheng

Co-Founder & CEO, ZAPGroup Inc.

Dustin has co-founded 4 companies in the fields of vehicle advertising, SEO content outsourcing, daily deals and merchant loyalty & rewards. He is always intrigued by new ideas and developments in tech.

Dustin conceptualized, designed and implemented Zap, the Philippines’ first mobile number based loyalty program for restaurants and retailers with over 2,000,000 users and 2,000 partner merchants.

Zap, part of Kickstart Ventures’ (wholly-owned venture capital subsidiary of Globe Telecom) first batch of startup investments, presented at the 2014 Tech in Asia Startup Arena as one of the 10 finalists selected across Asia. He led ZAP’s seed and pre-series A total investment of USD $1.4 million.

As CEO, he is primarily responsible for overall company direction, product roadmap, market expansion, investor relations, and customer growth and success.

Mr. Ivan Klaric

Ivan joined the business of developing a shopping community with the goal to one day build his own school in the Philippines in order to provide free education to those that cannot afford it.

He studied Hotel Management and Business Administration in Montreux, Switzerland, and speaks 4 languages.

He is the Head Coach of the Wolves American Football team and in the 4 years he coached, the team is 4 times undefeated Champions in the Philippines.

Ms. Deena Santos

Marketing Manager, CliQQ, Philippine Seven Corporation

Deena is an experienced Marketing Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. She has strong skills in Event Planning, Advertising, Brand Management, Strategic Planning, and Marketing Strategy.

From being a Marketing Promotions Specialist (2012-2016), she went on to become the brand manager for 7-Eleven Philippines’ Rewards and Loyalty Program, CliQQ, and is now the Marketing Manager for 7-Eleven Philippines’ eWallet service.

Ms. Heidi Garayblas

Head of Brand Marketing, PayMaya Philippines

Heidi is the Brand and Marketing Services Head of PayMaya. She led the launch of the recent PayMaya ‘Don’t Pay Cash, PayMaya!’ campaign garnering more than 25M video views.

Heidi holds an MBA from the De La Salle Graduate School of Business and has over 15 years of experience in the digital space, partnering with top content groups like NBA Properties, Blizzard Games, T2 Entertainment and Tencent. She was formerly the chief operating officer of IP E-Game Ventures, where she launched and managed NBA.com Philippines. In the same capacity, she led the division that launched and managed the top MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role-playing game) and boxed games in the Philippines.

Today, as the Marketing Director for the iconic Max’s Restaurant brand and Head of Corporate Communications for Max’s Group, he’s led a transformation in elevating true consumer focus, while practicing his signature style of commercial effectiveness powered by creative excellence. 

Mr. Patrick Zulueta

Patrick is a country pioneer for launching and managing technology brands. He’s helped Cashalo, PayMaya, and BPI achieve over 4 million downloads, millions of users, and triple-digit revenue growth in the first 2 years of these brands. He currently is the Co-founder and MD for apper.ph, a management consulting firm focused on digital transformation. Their clientele include some of the country’s top technology and digital corporations.

He has 12 years’ experience in marketing strategy, branding, and marketing communications. Patrick’s mission is to continually empower the underserved via digital transformation.

Ms. Joyce Nazario, CPXP

Assistant Vice President and Head for Patient Experience, St. Luke’s Medical Center

Joyce is the first Certified Patient Experience Professional in Asia. She has been working in the Patient Experience field for 10 years, with a strong background in Patient Relations Management, PX Analytics and Operations. She is currently the head of the Patient Experience Group at St. Luke’s Medical Center, the top Healthcare Institution in the Philippines, known for its brand of Great Patient Experience.

She is passionate about the growing movement of Patient Experience and is an advocate and active speaker in Philippine Healthcare. She had given international keynote presentations to Patient Experience Leaders in the ASEAN region as well as Philippine Physician and Healthcare Organizations bridging Clinical Care and Patient Experience. She had also been a guest speaker for InSync/Press Ganey Australia, the leading provider for healthcare surveys.

Mr. Eduardo Pasion

An accomplished Marketing professional with over 20+ years of experience providing increasing levels of leadership in marketing, loyalty, communication, brand, events and product management.

He is currently the Vice–President for Retail in Unioil Petroleum Philippines, the first and only company to introduce an all Euro 5 fuel line up. He has launched new and unique multiple customer loyalty programs and campaigns that enhance customer experience which resulted to increased product profitability. He has also maintained and implemented various customer service strategies for Jollibee Food Corporation, Petron and Samsung among others.

Mr. Arnold Garcia

Arnold Garcia is the Group Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence for Entrego Fulfillment Solutions Inc., a technology-driven logistics provider focused on Parcel Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the Philippines.

Entrego is a joint venture between Ayala Corporation, the oldest and largest conglomerate in the Philippines with diverse business interests, and the Global Fashion Group, which operates E-Commerce platforms in emerging markets. Arnold has spent the last seven years of his career in Southeast Asia, and has previously worked in Zalora Philippines, Asia’s leading E-commerce platform in the fashion and lifestyle segment, and with Mitchell Madison Group, a management consulting firm based in the United States that focuses on improving financial and operating performance for major corporations. He graduated with a degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
