Learn the Science of Repeat Business at the 8th Customer Lovefest 2019 this November

A study done by research firm Forrester states that companies leading in customer experience outperform their competitors by nearly 80%. This means that customer experience is a key need for businesses to grow their market.

The Customer Lovefest conference has helped nurture the customer experience industry in the Philippines, taking pride in knowledge-sharing that led to the current loyalty programs of today.
